My self-help courses provide simple, structured steps you can follow anytime to build confidence, resilience and emotional balance. For those who want 1-to-1 guidance, I also offer private counselling both in person and online.
I am a firm believer that everyone should have access to psychological support and understand how to care for their mental health as we are our physical health.
If you are feeling lost, struggling with your emotions or just not feeling yourself the right support can get you back on track.
Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your situation and see if a service of mine could meet your needs.
Billie Rose Therapy and Well-being is much more than a counselling provider, Mental health should be treated no differently to physical health when it comes to both caring for and accessing treatment
I am aware that private counselling isn’t accessible to everyone for various reasons. Additionally, you may be struggling with your mental health but not need an intervention like one to one counselling.
This has led to the creation of a bank of online self-help courses to make psychological support that is still evidence based available to anyone.
The courses are available on demand, for you to work through at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.
I offer counselling sessions in person (based in Matlock) and online over video call.
I am trained to work with children and young people, adults and couples.
You can self-refer with no need to visit your GP to start your journey through counselling. We will work together in a confidential and supportive space for you to become the best version of yourself and make sustainable changes to carry you into the future after counselling.
My aim with workshops is to raise awareness of mental health and it’s importance. I empower groups to understand the factors affecting mental health, know the signs to look out for in others and build confidence around having conversations about mental health.
I want to support groups to allow for early intervention and to help them create an environment where mental health is understood as much as physical health. Making it easier to open up and get support when it’s needed.
