Values Definitions

Have you ever taken the time to define your values? Knowing what you value will allow you to align with them throughout your day to day life and therefore live a more meaningful life and feel happier and more fulfilled.

Values Exploration

Once you have defined your values, it is helpful to take some time to explore how important they are to you and how much you do to align with them and further workout how you plan to align with them.

A gratitude list is a compilation of things that you have appreciated – these can be things that we don’t always give enough time and attention to. Keeping a list of them helps us to feel more positive and challenges negative thoughts and feelings.
